Stephen is Head of ABS responsible for the Challenger Investment Management’s Asset Backed Securities portfolios globally. He joined Challenger Investment Management in 2008 as an Analyst in the asset and liquidity management team. Since 2011, Stephen has been a member of the Fixed Income team focusing on asset backed structuring and investing.
Stephen is a member of the Australian Securitisation Forum National Committee and the Chair of the Investor Subcommittee.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours from the University of Sydney and is a CFA Charterholder.

Nisha Thakrar joined Nedgroup Investments in 2023. She has more than two decades of experience engaging with retail and institutional clients across asset class. Nisha was previously at Capital Group where she was an investment specialist for the multi-asset solutions business, senior manager of the product development team in Europe and held various other roles. She holds a master’s degree with honours in electronic engineering with computer science from University College London. She also holds both the Investment Management Certificate and the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Nisha is based in London.

Ralph covers all fixed income markets and investment strategies at GAM, including traditional, specialist, structured, hybrid and alternative debt instruments in developed and emerging markets as well as in the public or private space.
Prior to joining GAM in August 2002, he worked for 15 years at UBS, where his positions included Head of European Asset-Backed Securities Research in London, senior analyst and transactions manager for structured finance in London, New York and Zurich, and over six years as a client advisor for Swiss commercial and real estate clients. All in all, Ralph has over 35 years of professional experience across a wide range of interest rate and credit products. He completed the higher further education as a Swiss-certified banking expert with federal diploma. Ralph is based in Zurich.
