Guillaume is responsible for identifying investment opportunities and risks across asset classes in EMEA. He is also a voting member of the Global Investment Committee, helping to set our tactical asset allocation guidance.

 

With over 25 years’ experience in European economic analysis, Guillaume was previously the lead Euro Area Economist at Citi Research.

 

Prior to joining Citi in 2011, Guillaume worked at the Bank of America, Moody’s Investors Service, 4Cast and the International Energy Agency.

 

Guillaume holds a bachelor’s in economics from Middlesex University, a master’s in economics and finance from the University of Nantes and a master’s in economics the University College London, France.

Daniel C. Chung is Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of several Alger strategies. Dan joined Alger in 1994 and has 31 years of investment experience. He was named Chief Investment Officer in September 2001, President in 2003, and CEO in 2006. Dan is also a member of the Alger Partners Plan. Throughout his tenure at Alger, he has made numerous TV appearances on Bloomberg, CNBC, and Fox Business. Dan has also been featured and quoted frequently in Barron’s, Citywire, Forbes, Investment News, Pensions & Investments, and USA Today. Prior to joining Alger, Dan was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York City while he earned an LL.M. from New York University. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. After graduating, he served as law clerk for the Honorable Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, United States Supreme Court. Dan graduated from Stanford University with B.A. and B.S. degrees, with Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa.
 
Dan is also a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. Dan currently serves as a board trustee and former chairman of The Nature Conservancy in the State of New York and is a Global Campaign Committee Member of The Nature Conservancy. He is also actively involved with the Stanford in New York Internship Program, and frequently contributes to and supports various charitable organizations including the Harlem Education Activities Fund (HEAF) and Target Margin Theater.

Emmanuel Hauptmann is CIO and Head of Systematic at RAM AI. He co-founded the company in 2007 and has led the development of the firm’s systematic investment and AI platform since.

 

He started his quant career within Morgan Stanley’s London Institutional Equities Division in 2002, then joined Citigroup in 2004 where he was a Director in the Quantitative Research department.

 

He holds an MSc in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris, an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from Sorbonne university.

Johnny joined SWIP in December 2002 as a member of the UK Equity team and transferred to the Global Equities team in 2010. He previously worked as a UK small-cap Fund Manager at Edinburgh Fund Managers, which he joined in 1998. Prior to that, he qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, working in Belfast, Edinburgh and Sydney. Johnny holds a MA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Edinburgh. He is also a chartered accountant and CFA charterholder.
